Bluetooth Connection Troubleshooting
If your phone it not connecting to your AF model, first check each of the following:
-
Does your phone or tablet meet the minimum requirements:
iPhone 6 (with iOS 11.2), Android 6 (Marshmallow) -
Is the AF charged and turned on?
-
Is the AF and your phone in close range? Keep within a few feet of each other when connecting.
-
Could the AF be connected to a different phone? If you've connected the AF to another device that may be within range, try turning off the Bluetooth on that other device and turn the AF off and back on to free up the connection.
If all of the above checks out, do the following:
-
Disable Bluetooth on your phone, then re-enable it.
-
Turn the AF off and back on.
-
Restart the App.
-
Go into Settings in the app and click the “Forget” button to remove saved connections.
-
Try connecting by entering the 5 digit number on the inside of your hoop, or at the top of your wand.
If it's still not connecting, please contact us at support@astralhoops.com with the following information:
-
The make and model of your phone or tablet.
-
Is the AF showing up on the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone? The device name will start with “Atomic” followed by the 5 digit product ID.
-
Is this the same product ID that you are using to connect?
-
Have you tried to connect with a different phone? Did that work?
