To send in your Astral for repair, upgrade, resizing, or other changes, start by creating a Service Order. After completing the service order, check your email for return shipping instructions. If you're having trouble with n Astral you just received, please contact us first. We often can resolve issues without the need to send the Astral back.
Return / Exchange Products
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Enjoy risk free shopping with our easy return policy. All items we sell may be returned within 30 days of shipping for refund or 60 days for exchange. Items must be undamaged to receive a full refund. If an item arrives damaged from shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
