Shipping Terms and Conditions

Shipping Inside the Continental US

Due to lithium battery restrictions on air shipments, we cannot ship products using express services.  All packages are sent using ground service.

We use UPS when possible to ship orders in the Continental US.  UPS has been more dependable than the US Post Office since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.  However, delays are occasionally happening with all shipping services.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.  Please use the tracking link to check on the status of your shipment once shipped.  Once the package leaves our shop, we don't have any additional information other than what the tracking number provides.  

In the rare event your package is lost or damaged, we can assist with filing a claim and reshipping your order.  A claim for a lost package can be filed after the package tracking hasn't been updated for 3 weeks. 


Shipping To Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories

Due to the high cost of other shipping carriers we use the US Postal Service for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.  The Postal Service has been experiencing occasional delays since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.  Please use the tracking link to check on the status of your shipment once shipped.  Once the package leaves our shop, we don't have any additional information other than what the tracking number provides.

International Shipping Outside of the USA

Due to the high cost of other shipping carriers we use the US Postal Service for shipping outside of the US.  The Postal Service has been experiencing occasional delays since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.  Please use the tracking link to check on the status of your shipment once shipped.  Once the package leaves our shop, we don't have any additional information other than what the tracking number provides.

Products being shipped outside the US are subject to import duties and taxes.  You may be contacted by phone or email by your local customs agency with instructions on how to submit payment for these charges.  Your shipment may be returned to us or in some cases destroyed by the customs agency if the charges are not paid.  Orders returned to us can be refunded or reshipped at your discretion.   Shipping charges are not refundable for returned packages.  Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country and therefore we don't have information on what the charges will be for any specific shipment.  Please contact your local customs agency for more information about import duties and taxes.
