Biography:

Amber fell in love with flow arts after sitting at festivals watching people spin all sorts of props. Inspired, she bought a big giant heavy hoop from a local hippy boutique and once she started learning there was no going back. Amber says that hooping taught her that if you truly set your mind to something you can accomplish anything.

Hooping has been Amber's biggest passion for a little over 5 years.  She enjoys preforming on stage or just getting outside and flowing in nature.  Watching others and regularly challenging herself to try new things keeps her inspired.  She finds that daily practice, music, and nature are key to reaching her flow state.
