Anja is an incredible hula hoop artist and coach from northern Germany, and her journey is nothing short of inspiring. She stumbled upon her love for hooping back in July 2021, during a tough period when she was bedridden for 18 months. Looking for a way to regain her strength, she discovered that hooping brought her both joy and empowerment. What started as a personal pursuit soon evolved into a deep passion for sharing this joy with others, which led her to become a coach and start teaching in 2023.
