Meet Rachel Lewis - AKA RingAroundtheRachel! She has been hooked on flow arts since 2018 and since then has started growing her following on social media as well as performing at festivals and events. We couldn’t agree with her more when she told us that she thinks creativity is one of the most important parts of the flow community and flow artists are ‘constantly pushing the envelope of movement and art.’ Rachel loves to travel and is inspired by learning new things through seeing the world, podcasts, documentaries, reading, ect.
