Updates on How COVID-19 is Impacting Astral Hoops

It's no secret that hooping and other flow arts provide both physical and psychological benefits.  While spending more time at home we would like to encourage you to spend some of it jamming out with your hoop!  We'll be keeping this page updated with impacts to our business so you can know what to expect when doing business with us.

We understand this is a difficult financial time for many flow artists.  To break down your payments into 4 installments, select AfterPay at checkout.  There's no fees or interest and you don't have to wait for the order to be paid off for it to ship.

How long do new orders take to fill?

We've now received parts that were delayed due to a slow down in manufacturing in China. Hoops that were waiting on these parts will be finished and shipped over the next few days.  

Colorado has implemented a "stay at home" order until April 28th.  We're complying with this by working from our homes.  We're continuing to ship out orders regularly, but we've noticed packages are sometimes taking extra time to reach their destination. Things are moving a little slower this month, but they are still moving.  Thank you for your patience.   


Are there hoops and wands in stock that can be shipped now?

We have all stock sizes of Megamix hoops in stock and a limited inventory of Classic and AF models.  Levitation wands are currently in stock.  Stock levels change daily.  You can check to see if a hoop you want is in stock by emailing   

If I live in the Arvada area can I stop by the hoopshop?

We normally love having you into the shop for pickups, drop offs, and product demos.  However, we must do our part to flatten the curve.  The shop is temporarily closed to the public.  If you've already placed an order for local pickup we'll ship your order to you for free.


How will customer service be impacted?

We will continue to answer your emails daily.  However, we'll be answering them mostly from our homes until April 28th and some questions could take a little longer to get an answer for.  We may not be available to answer the phone as much as normal.  We recommend emailing us at for the fastest response. 

The shut down of the event industry is creating big challenges for performers, event promoters, and flow art businesses.  We cannot thank you enough for your support right now.  We're all in this together.  💖
