Updates on How COVID-19 is Impacting Astral Hoops

We're shipping orders and responding to customer emails.

We do have a bit of catching up to do.  Our shop was closed for about 6 weeks to comply with local coronavirus regulations and to do our part to help flatten the curve.  Now that we're back, we're putting in extra hours to catch up as quickly as possible.  

How long do new orders take to get?

Custom hoops are currently taking 2 to 4 weeks.  Inventory has run out on some stock sized hoops, but we're working quick to replenish them.  To check to see if a hoop you want is in stock, send us an email at support@astralhoops.com.

Note, shipping services are running a little slower and the Postal Service is not guaranteeing on time delivery.  From what we've seen, US shipments are mostly reaching destinations on time, but international shipments have been delayed as much as 1 to 2 weeks.  Please understand that we have no control over shipping delays and we don't have any additional information on shipments other than what is shown from looking up the tracking number.  

Are there hoops and wands in stock that can be shipped now?

Stock levels fluctuate daily as we work to rebuild our inventory.  To see if the hoop you want is in stock email support@astralhoops.com.  Orders for items not in stock will be built to order.    

Discounts and payment options 

We understand this is a difficult financial time for many flow artists.  To break down your payments into 4 installments, select AfterPay at checkout.  There's no fees or interest and you don't have to wait for the order to be paid off for it to ship.

If I live in the Arvada area can I stop by the hoopshop?

Our shop is open for order pickup and service drop off by appointment.  All orders must be prepaid.  Sorry, we're not currently open for product demos or browsing.
