How it works

If your Astral Hoops LED product stops working we'll fix for it free!  All you have to do is get it back to us and cover the cost of shipping. 

Coverage Details

This warranty covers our workmanship and components.  
Limited warranty on wear components:

Batteries wear over time.  Internal batteries are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.  External batteries are not covered.  

LEDs also have a lifespan.  The LED bulbs and the strip or circuit they are attached to are warranted for 4 years.  

The warranty does not cover normal wear on the flow tool occurring from normal use such as scuffs, scratches and damage to tape.  The warranty does not cover any damage to the flow tool due to abuse, improper care, improper charging, damage to tubing from improper collapsing or exposure to water, dirt, sand, heat, cold or other adverse environmental conditions.  Damage to the flow tools caused by heat, flame, or fuel from using the flow tool as a fire hoop or fire tool is not covered.

This flow tool is not waterproof. Exposing it to water can cause serious damage to the sensitive electronics. The presence of water in the flow tool at any time will void this warranty. This flow tool contains a water detection system. Tampering with this system will also void the warranty.

Damage to the plastic tubing or caused by the tubing breaking is not covered by this warranty. The tubing used to make these flow tools has a physical limit of how much force it can withstand before failing.  The user of the flow tool is responsible for understanding these limits. Damage caused by forceful moves such as, but not limited to, paddle breaks and knee reversals is not covered by this warranty. Polypropylene and Polycarbonate become brittle when cold. Always store your flow tool at room temperature (60 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit) and take extra care when using in cold climates. Damage to the tubing caused by exposure to cold is not covered by this warranty.

We reserve the right to refuse coverage to anyone that abuses this policy, such as intentionally causing damage, or repeatedly causing damage by doing the same thing.

Purchaser is responsible for safely returning the flow tool.  All shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser and will not be refunded.  Purchaser assumes all liability for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping.  

This warranty is transferable and good for as long as the product exists and Astral Hoops is in business.  The product may not be able to be serviced under this warranty if we no longer make the product model or have replacement parts needed to complete the service.

This warranty is effective January 24, 2024 and covers Astral Hoops made products purchased on or after this date.  Purchases made before this date will retain the original warranty in effect when the item was purchased.  

Taking proper care of your flow tool is your responsibility. To avoid damages not covered by this warranty, please review the important Astral Hoop Care Instructions. This warranty is void if the hoop or flow tool is taken apart, disassembled, or modified in any way.

• Astral Care is insurance that protects your Astral product from the unexpected. It covers any damage not covered by the warranty such as damage from water exposure and tubing breaks. Whether your Astral was left out in the rain, destroyed in a car accident, broken by a drunk guy at the club, or smashed by a jealous boyfriend, Astral Care has you covered. It doesn't matter how badly it's damaged or how it happened, we'll fix or replace it for free.
• Astral Care can be purchased in one year increments and must be purchased within 30 days of your original product purchase. The one year of coverage starts on the date the product was purchased. Astral Care can be renewed annually and must be renewed before the current plan expires.
• Loss or theft is not covered by Astral Care. You must send the product back to us to make a claim under the program. Limit 3 claims per year. Astral Hoops will repair or replace at their discretion. Replacements will be the same size and specs of the broken item and may be refurbished. There is no deductible when making a claim. We'll cover it 100%. You just pay shipping.
