Workshop Wednesday with Abi Lindsey 

“Triple Hoop Manipulation & Juggling": 

Abi is excited to bring her newest and most fleshed out class on Hoop Juggling & Manipulation. The class will start by going over some of her favorite manipulations with 3 hoops, including rolls, swaps, grip changes, and tosses. This will all be sequenced with transitions you can take to make your own choreography in the future. The second half of class we will be learning hoop juggling technique. This is perfect for anyone who has never juggled before, or just wants to improve their technique! If you already know how to juggle this is your chance to ask questions about a specific trick.

• Free flow jam from 10pm - 12am following the workshop 
• Hoops available to borrow during workshop and flow jam
